Smokefree metal signs for outdoor use only.
Orders up to a maximum of 4 signs (smokefree and auahi kore combined) will be automatically approved. If you require more than 4 free signs you will be emailed a justification form to complete. That form is to be returned to the smokefree team at smokefree@tewhatuora.govt.nz for consideration.

Specifications: Rectangular metal sign for outdoor use only. Small screw hole in each corner and one on each long edge. 600mm x 150mm.

This PDF document includes a printable template of the stickers/notice. The stickers can be used/printed by other organisations who are not eligible to order printed versions.
Order stickers
For schools, kura, ECEs and kōhanga reo only.
All schools, kura, ECEs and kōhanga reo are required to display a notice stating that smoking and vaping within the premises is forbidden at all times.
These notices must be prominently displayed at or immediately inside:
- every entrance to the premises
- every entrance to every building or enclosed area on the premises, excluding buildings and areas not usually in use.
These locations are the same as previously required for Smokefree notices under the Smoke-free Environments Act. The 'no vaping' notices are intended to be displayed along with existing 'no smoking' notices.
The stickers are available here are double-sided and can be used on windows and doors (including wooden doors). Each sheet contains two stickers, one in te reo Māori and one in English. They are not intended for placing on fences and gates in an external environment.
The size of each sticker is 97 x 87mm.

Re-usable cardboard stencil for smokefree areas. To use, place the stencil on the surface to be labelled and either paint or spray over.
Please note this resource is intended for schools, businesses and organisations. It can be used multiple times. We will only approve orders containing one stencil per organisation.
