Smokefree table toppers / trifold cards (3 Kinds)

The table topper/trifold cards have been developed to promote stop smoking support in healthcare and community settings. The resource encourages people who smoke to scan a QR code, access local stop smoking support, and begin their smokefree journey. Every referral starts somewhere. A simple scan can be the first step on someone’s smokefree journey. 

These are available for display in waiting rooms, reception areas and other high-visibility spaces. 

Comes in packs of three (three designs), packed flat and requires some simple folding and assembly (double-sided tape supplied).
